Returns and Policies

Damaged merchandise must be reported upon receipt and will be replaced with identical items only! 

• All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt .
• All returns must be approved in writing by a Hillmann Lighting representative and clearly marked with the return RMA# .
• All approved returns will incur a 25% restocking fee and all shipping charges (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
• All approved returns must be complete, in their original packing materials and in sellable condition.
• Credits on approved returns will be issued only after receipt and full inspection by a Hillmann Lighting representative.
